MAUI HUMANE SOCIETY VOLUNTEER WORK

The Maui Humane Society is a nonprofit animal rescue organization that is the only open admission animal shelter on the island of Maui. They not only care for rescued animals, but support Maui’s thousands of already existing pet owners with medical care. The Maui Humane Society also works with the community through outreach programs. This shelter helps you to find the right pet match for you and make sure your pet is taken care of.

Volunteers are a crucial part of the Maui Humane Society community. They can help with simple tasks such as walking dogs or become much more involved by participating in fundraising events. Finding a volunteer position more tailored to a volunteer’s needs is as simple as visiting the office during open-hours or calling the Volunteer Coordinator to inquire.
