HAWAII BICYCLING LEAGUE VOLUNTEER WORKFounded in 1975, the Hawaii Bicycling League (HBL) is a nonprofit organization that seeks to promote the use of bicycles for health, transportation, and recreational benefits. Many annual events, large and small, as well as workshops and presentations bring awareness to the advantages of bike riding. Through financial support from HBL members and the state and federal government and the dedication of volunteers like you, the Hawaii Bicycling League continues to work toward a safer and healthier state for bicyclists and the entire community.
