KO'OLAU MOUNTAINS WATERSHED PARTNERSHIP VOLUNTEER WORK

Founded in 1999, Ko’olau Mountains Watershed Partnership mission has been to keep the forested expanses of the Ko’olau healthy and a quality source of water for the people of O’ahu. KMWP works to coordinate and perform critical forest management actions such as controlling the spread of invasive plants and animals across nearly 100,000 acres of partnership lands. The mitigation of threats to the integrity of the native forests is crucial to safeguard their freshwater resources into the future.

You must be at least 12 years old to volunteer.

• Must sign a waiver (if under the age of 18 parents/guardian signature is required)
• You will need to provide their own personal gear, food, and water
• All of the necessary tools will be provided by KMWP
